They lived in a 2-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 5 toilets. Her primary responsibilities included cleaning the house, washing clothes, ironing, sweeping, mopping, and cooking. She maintained a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment for the family.
From 2018 to 2022, she worked in the Philippines for a Filipino family with a 6-month-old infant. The family lived in a bungalow house with 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet. Her main duties included both infant care and household chores. She was responsible for bathing the baby, changing clothes and diapers, preparing milk and soft foods, maintaining the baby’s hygiene, creating playtime activities, and putting the baby to sleep. She also ensured that the baby's bedding and surroundings were always clean and safe. In addition, she handled cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, laundry, ironing, and marketing.
From 2023 to 2024, Jenelen worked in Singapore for a Chinese family living in a 3-storey house with 7 bedrooms and 8 toilets. The household included five grandchildren, aged 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 years old, and there were three Filipina helpers working together. Her duties included cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general household maintenance. She also assisted in caring for the children by supervising them, preparing their meals, and engaging them in play whenever their parents were away.
From 2024 to 2025, she continued working in Singapore for another Chinese family with two boys, aged 4 and 8 years old. They lived in a 3-storey house with 7 bedrooms and 8 toilets, and she was the only helper in the household. Her main responsibility was to care for the children, including bathing, feeding, sending and fetching them from school, and attending to their daily needs. In addition, she managed all household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, changing bed covers, and replacing curtains.

2) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)
Personally interview of Indonesia, Philippines and Myanmar at any of our branches located through out Singapore. Processing of Work Permit can be as fast as 3 working days.
3) Direct hire of FDW
Direct application without FDW paying for additional loan, Processing In Singapore and country of origin will be handled by our experienced staff.
4) Settling-In-Programme (SIP)
All first-time FDWs are required by Law to attend the SIP before starting work with their employers and within the first three days of their arrival. We will ensure the registrations of FDW for the SIP within time frame given.
5) Passport Renewal and Homeleave Processing
Processing for passport renewal and Home Leave documentations for Indonesia and Philippines FDW return home to their country of origin for holidays during the employment in Singapore.
6) Medical Check-up
FDW is required to go for medical check-up upon arrival to Singapore and every 6th monthly to screen for infectious diseases and pregnancies. The medical will be performed by registered Singapore doctor. The employer will bear any medical expenses incurred by the FDW in the course of the medical.
7) Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
We will will assists in purchasing the minimum insurance coverage required by MOM for FDW Accidental and Permanent Disability. Employer can upgrade the comprehensive insurance coverage at a reasonable rate because it is employer responsibility to undertake the costs of her medical treatment during her employment in Singapore.
