Jessica has two years of experience working as a domestic helper for a Filipino family with two children, aged 7 and 2. As the sole helper in a bungalow house with three bedrooms and one bathroom, her primary responsibility was childcare, which included meal preparation, organizing school supplies, and school drop-off and pick-up. She also managed household chores, including general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking.

Jessica worked for a Chinese employer, primarily providing elderly care. She cared for an elderly female with thyroid issues requiring regular maintenance and an elderly bedridden male with kidney complications. Her duties included assisting with mobility, meal preparation, administering medication, and managing daily needs. In addition to caregiving, Jessica handled household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

Sadly, the elderly male passed away, and shortly afterward, the family decided to relocate to Malaysia, where they no longer required a helper.
